Real Estate and the Paranormal

The purpose of this section on my website is to examine the unexplained logically so fear and anxiety cannot exist, allowing you the freedom to make good decisions, live without fear, and happily explore the unknown.

I used to dislike the word paranormal. That word seems to have so many different impressions. For some it brings excitement and curiosity and for others it brings fear and anxiety.

For me now, the word just means all things mysterious. I have a whole team devoted to all mysterious things that we don’t understand or can’t rationalize logically. It may be spiritual or it may be an over active imagination. Regardless, the paranormal unexplained may cause you fear/anxiety or may make you tingle with wonder.

I refer to the paranormal in my book, Heaven Time, this way:  “Paranormal, as a label, is the whole wastebasket that contains everything for which we do not have any logical answer. However, paranormal is just that: what science can’t prove, what religion doesn’t like, and what ego needs to label.”

When there is no logical answer for the unexplained then our imagination runs wild and our fear controls our behavior and actions. But what if there was an answer to something that causes fear?  Then fear could not exist anymore.

Real Estate and the Paranormal - Due Diligence

The Buyer’s Real Estate Representatives owe their clients Due Diligence. If a buyer takes a particular interest in a property the real estate agent must identify their buyer’s needs, wants, preferences, and concerns.

There are two known buyer and seller concerns called tangible and intangible that real estate agents must know in advance about their clients concerns before listing a home or showing any properties.

A tangible buyer concern has to deal with the physical aspects of the home such as size, construction, defects, age etc. An intangible buyer concern are those that exist in the mind of the buyer which includes their values, beliefs, and perceptions.

When a Buyer’s Real Estate Agent shows their buyer a stigmatized property without knowing how to deal with the Paranormal questions the buyer may have then the agent isn’t performing their Due Diligence.

That is why a licensed real estate practitioner should be well versed and educated in the Paranormal if they want to list or sell a stigmatized home. However, the real estate industry still hasn’t embraced that type of open minded thinking and probably never will.

Thinking of Buying or Selling a Stigmatized Home?

Whether you are thinking about buying or selling a stigmatized home and you may be dealing with a real estate agent that can’t answer your questions or concerns, I hope I can help.

If you are already under contract with a licensed real estate practitioner please know that I am not soliciting you for business. I respect the relationship that clients have with their agents. Arcana Homes is only for informational purposes and my opinions are based on my near-death experience and my success in real estate sales.

It is the belief of many people that the soul’s energy is preserved within the universe after departing from this physical realm. This energy may linger, attach itself to objects or people, and may differ in intensity.

Sometimes this energy can be felt by other sensitive human beings and this may begin to affect the dynamics of the home. There may be an unusual heaviness felt in the home and a buyer may pick up on that and have a potentially uneasy feeling when entering the home.
