Finding Your Purpose

Finding your purpose can get harder when the life that gave you one has changed.

A private 90-minute conversation about what matters now, what no longer fits and which choices deserve your time next.

Purpose

Purpose does not have to arrive as one permanent answer.

A career can stop fitting. A relationship or caregiving role can change. A loss, spiritual experience or encounter with mortality can reorder priorities. The result is sometimes a strange gap between the life you know how to live and the life that still feels worth living.

We can look at what used to give your life direction, what changed and what deserves to carry forward. The goal is not to manufacture a mission statement. It is to make the next chapter more deliberate.

What We Can Explore

Finding your purpose often starts by separating roles from what actually matters.

You may be looking for one answer when the more useful work is identifying what remains true across changing roles.

Roles

The role that organized my life is changing or ending.

We can look at what that role gave you, which parts were circumstance and which parts point toward something you still value.

Priorities

The things I used to chase do not matter in the same way.

We can examine what changed without assuming every old goal was wrong or every new feeling needs immediate action.

Direction

I have options, but none of them feels like the obvious next step.

We can compare the choices against your values, responsibilities, constraints and the kind of life each one creates.

Meaning

I want my life to mean something without turning purpose into pressure.

We can talk about contribution, relationships, work, creativity, spirituality and ordinary responsibility without demanding one universal definition of purpose.

What I Bring

My own sense of purpose changed after survival.

I spent nearly three decades in business and real estate before and after a near-death experience changed the questions I was asking about life, identity and what mattered.

That combination matters to me. Purpose has to survive contact with ordinary life: money, relationships, responsibility and uncertainty. Most meaningful changes are built through decisions over time.

Before You Book

Finding your purpose is not the same as being given one.

A Private Session can help you examine purpose and direction. I do not claim to know a predetermined purpose for your life.

01

Will Lorri tell me what my purpose is?

No. I can ask questions, challenge assumptions and share perspective. Your values, responsibilities and decisions remain yours.

02

Is this life coaching?

It is not a structured coaching program or recurring accountability package. A Private Session is one focused conversation for perspective and reflection.

03

Can purpose be spiritual?

Yes, if spirituality is part of how you understand the question. We can also keep the conversation practical, secular or uncertain.

04

Can I bring a career or business question?

Yes. Work can be part of purpose and identity. My business background can inform the conversation, while legal, financial, accounting and other regulated advice remain outside the service.

05

What if I feel depressed or unable to function?

A Private Session is not mental-health treatment. Clinical symptoms, severe distress or impaired functioning should be discussed with an appropriately qualified professional.
