Identity
I do not recognize myself in the roles that used to define me.
We can separate the roles you have carried from the values, interests and responsibilities that still feel true.
Midlife Crisis for Women
A private 90-minute conversation about identity, relationships, work, changing priorities and the next chapter you are not ready to reduce to a cliché.
Midlife
Midlife can make old assumptions visible. A career may feel different after decades of doing it. Children or family roles may change. A relationship may need different boundaries. Mortality can become immediate, and the time ahead starts to feel specific.
People often use the phrase midlife crisis for that collision of identity, time and change. I do not treat the phrase as a diagnosis. We can use it as a starting point for a practical conversation about what is actually changing.
What We Can Explore
The session can move between identity, relationships, work and the pressure to decide what the next chapter should look like.
Identity
We can separate the roles you have carried from the values, interests and responsibilities that still feel true.
Relationships
We can look at expectations, communication, boundaries and what belongs to you without turning the session into couples therapy.
Work
We can examine identity, practical tradeoffs, financial realities and what a change would actually require.
Time
We can talk about mortality and urgency without treating every restless feeling as proof that your life needs to be blown up.
What I Bring
I spent nearly three decades building a career in Alberta business and real estate. In 2010, a near-death experience changed the questions I was asking about identity, purpose, time and what mattered.
What followed was not a clean reinvention. Ordinary responsibilities remained. That is why I prefer conversations that can hold both the inner change and the practical life it has to coexist with.
Before You Book
A Private Session is a reflective personal-development conversation for women navigating midlife change. It is not medical or mental-health treatment.
01
No. This page is for women who recognize the midlife pattern of changing identity, relationships, work, priorities or mortality. There is no age test.
02
I do not diagnose mental-health conditions. If you are concerned about depression, anxiety or another clinical issue, speak with an appropriately qualified professional.
03
Yes, from your perspective. A Private Session is not couples therapy and does not assess or treat another person.
04
Yes. My business background can inform the conversation about work, identity and tradeoffs, while financial, legal, accounting and other regulated advice remain outside the service.
05
You can mention health changes as part of the context of your life, but medical interpretation, diagnosis and treatment belong with a qualified healthcare professional.
