Grief Support

Grief support can make room for the questions loss leaves behind.

A private 90-minute conversation about the person you lost, mortality, memory, identity, relationships and the questions grief may have opened.

After Loss

Not every question that follows grief and loss is a counselling question.

Grief can involve more than missing someone. It can change your identity, your relationships, what you believe about death and the decisions you still have to make.

A Private Session gives those questions room without pretending the loss needs to become a lesson. I can listen and share perspective from my own experience with mortality and the questions that followed my near-death experience. I do not provide bereavement counselling.

What We Can Explore

Grief can reach into belief, identity, relationships and decisions.

The conversation can stay close to the person and the loss, or move into the changes surrounding it.

Memory

How do I carry the relationship forward without freezing my life around it?

We can talk about what you want to remember, what has changed and what continuing connection or remembrance means to you.

Mortality

The loss changed how I think about death.

We can discuss the spiritual, existential or practical questions that became harder to ignore after someone died.

Identity

Who am I when this person or role is no longer here?

Loss can alter family roles, routines and the way you understood yourself. We can look at what changed and what still belongs to you.

Decisions

Life still expects decisions while I am grieving.

We can slow down the pressures, assumptions and choices in front of you without pretending grief follows a timetable.

What I Bring

I will not turn your loss into a lesson.

My own encounter with death changed the way I think about mortality and consciousness, but I do not assume another person's grief should lead to the same beliefs.

I can share what I have lived and considered, listen to what this loss changed for you and leave uncertainty visible where the answer is genuinely uncertain.

Before You Book

Know the difference between reflective grief support and grief counselling.

A Private Session can offer reflection and perspective around grief and loss. It is not clinical grief care or crisis support.

01

Is this grief counselling?

No. I am not providing psychotherapy, counselling or bereavement treatment. The session is an educational and personal-development conversation.

02

Can we talk about death, the afterlife or what I believe happened to the person?

Yes. We can discuss those questions and beliefs directly while keeping personal interpretation separate from established fact.

03

Will Lorri tell me where the person who died is now?

No. A Private Session does not promise contact with someone who died, mediumship, prediction or certainty about an afterlife.

04

Can I book soon after a loss?

Yes, if what you want is a reflective conversation within this scope. If you need clinical grief care, urgent support or help functioning safely, use an appropriately qualified professional service.

05

Can we talk about practical decisions that came with the loss?

Yes. We can examine the decision and your priorities, while legal, financial, medical and other regulated advice remains outside the service.
